Every chef with benefits experience is unique, but generally designed to host up to 75 guests, and can be customized to fit your group size, dietary needs and personal preferences. Curated or customized—it’s up to you.

about the Chef.
Meet Patrick, the heart behind chef with benefits. Coined one night by guests and friends during a nine-course birthday dinner, the name came as a nod to his ability to enhance the dining experience with his culinary style and kitchen charisma.
Born and raised in Switzerland, his culinary journey began as an apprentice in a French kitchen mastering the art of cuisine and fine tuning his skills before traveling overseas to work at the Sydney Opera House. Innately creative and curious, Patrick returned to Switzerland to direct large-scale festivals such as Zürich Oktoberfest and the Christmas markets – blending his love for food with immersive experiences.
Through kitchens and continents, Patrick is now based in San Diego, where chef with benefits shares more than just delicious food – each meal is crafted to engage and inspire. Patrick enjoys using vibrant, thoughtful and sometimes unexpected ingredients to create a memorable food experience.
